You are fully accountable for all activity carried out under your account. Sharing account credentials with third parties or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, bk33 may request government-issued identification or other supporting documents at any time. bk33 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or other services until verification is successfully completed.
All financial transactions on bk33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Every transaction is processed through secure, encrypted channels.
After a deposit is made, your balance will be credited to your account within the specified timeframe. Withdrawal requests may take some time to process and could be delayed until verification is complete. In cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, bk33 reserves the right to place a hold on funds until an investigation is concluded.

In the event of account closure, a refund of any valid balance will be processed in accordance with our policy; however, this may not apply in cases of Terms violations. Users may also request account closure at any time.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or claim, an initial attempt will be made to resolve the matter through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a competent court in Bangladesh for settlement.
